WE VISIT PORTUGAL'S MOST SECLUDED BEACH AND MOST CROWDED BEACH IN THE SAME DAY (which was better?)

We didn’t know it when we headed out the door this morning, but we visit Portugal’s most secluded beach and most crowded beach in the same day! The coastal cliff-sides of Lagos, Portugal are incredible. Steep, shear cliffs with small, secluded beaches tucked in at their feet. We first visit Praia do Barranco and make the climb down in to experience Portugal’s most secluded beach! We also visit Praia do Camilo, an absolutely stunning beach, but easily accessible and probably Portugal’s most crowded beach! We also check out Meia Praia right in front of our Airbnb and it was incredible. Huge and plenty of room to spread out! Today is our last day in the beautiful Algarve, so we had to spend it in the water!

  1. Hello guys I am Portuguese but currently living in the UK. I hope you love our country and have fun at Portugal. You should try Pastéis de Nata with cinnamon on top, Pastéis de Belém, the fish there is absolutely delicious I mean all the food is good not gonna lie. Visit the north is outstanding.
I’ve been watching you for years, started with the TIHWB and then found you and I LOVE IT. Have fun there 🇵🇹

  2. Many years ago I stayed with 9 other friends in a Villa in Alburfura. Stunning place. We also had an interesting climb down to a small beach cove. The climb down was worth it. The climb up not so 🤣. Great to see you both having amazing adventures. Thank you for sharing them with us.

  3. Love the photography. Excellent, makes me want to downsize and travel. Chelle, it would be great if you could show a pro-photo tip, like you did with the flowers and the Black Church. Love from South-East Idaho.

  4. I was just curious – since you are sort of planning on the fly and you don’t know the next country you are headed to, are you concerned about finding flights and accommodations since it’s the summer? Or is that part of the decision? Thanks for these amazing videos!

  5. Chelle, seeing you climb like that, all I can say is leg/body goals for me! Awesome photography as usual, so happy to see you two just crushing it and enjoying life. If you ever decide to do a 'travel practicalities' video or segment, could you tell us what good travel insurance might be? Just an important thing for us OLDER TRAVELERS lol! Thanks!!

  6. I’m enjoying your videos of my beautiful country hope you visited more cities if you have time besides the big cities like Lisbon and Porto which is a must try going to Aveiro in the north it’s called the Veneza of Portugal oh and Nazaré which has the biggest waves as you can see too much to see and explore with all museums and castles it’s endless from north to south have fun!!!!
