WELCOME TO SINGAPORE!
Actually I live in Singapore! Seeing this makes me so proud of my city! Oh and btw some peeps in Singapore actually use an Ezlink card for MRT and Bus services
Please eat the Katong laksa and mee hoon kuay
👍 nice!
I am a singaporean at 1 small advice to not get fined
Wear your mask wherever you go outside no matter shelter or not, outdoors or not.
I love Singapore! Such a clean, modern and beautiful city
everyone is following traffic laws followed by scene with cyclist trying to kill himself cutting across traffic illegally
welcome to singapore!
I think singapore is one of the best place to settle down and start a family
Oh cool, I'm in Singapore too.
Well I don't usually leave Singapore.
👏🏻 awesome
Guys, are you still in SG? Just came across your channel this morning. Ping me if you are.
The end goal of all couples vlogging is just to get to the Philippines to horde subscribers. Places like Singapore is just rehearsal for the Big Game.
Welcome to Singapore.. Enjoy the multi-cultural experience
I’m a Singaporean myself but I don’t even know much things about Singapore 😂
Bad experience ok I hate Singapore
7:37 it's actually more like a hawker center – nice one
SG is a fun place the malls are awesome u can buy almost everything there.
hope u had fun!!
Not sure if you could read this as I just discover your channel through this video but I would highly recommend you to travel from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi by train if you want to experience sceneries or plane if you just want to skip entirely rather than by motorbike. The route is quite bad for motorbikes as there are a lot of trailers with disregard to laws and traffic. I have been born and raised in Vietnam and news about tragic accident on 1A route between vehicles are far too often. I wouldn't travel with bike even if you challenged me. Live is good, stay safe.
Oh I'm so excited that you're going to Vietnam next! It's gonna be fun to follow along!
You can rent a bike and ride around the city.
Omg ur hotel is right next to my house lol. The area is fun kinda but not very flashy lol…
Wow…I've never been to that park before even though I'm a Singaporean😅. Enjoy your holiday here. PM me if you need advice. Cheeeerss!
Hi singaporean here . For those wanting to go on a Singapore holiday advised to book a 3 to 5 star hotel although you can stay in 1 and 2 star hotel its rlly small and sometimes there are alot of stuff on the bed if you need a better sleep experience better to book 3 , 4 or 5 star hotel😁 ( edit : they dont rlly spend time cleaning the bed and there are dirty things )
Try milo dinosaur next time
It is even more beautiful at night
Highly recommend visiting the Unesco city Hoi An. Vietnam has amazing food, friendly people, and interesting history. We have visited Vietnam a few times to visit friends, and it is changing over the years as more tourists discover this wonderful country.
I like how he called the kopitiam a restaurant 🤣
where is this river park?
Nice to see that tourists are finally coming back here! We missed you… and we need you…
Welcome to Singapore
Welcome to our sunny little island. Hope you enjoyed your stay =)
enjoy !
my recs as a singaporean is to look at neighbourhoods rather than the city skyscrapers. im sure there are good stuff there, but the neighbourhoods never lie, and sometimes the old is gold! people are generally nice here unless you are a weirdo in a bad sense and for getting around, sometimes walking is better than the bus or the mrt, especially in the city area. most of us grew up here or still live in the neighbourhoods now since young so if u can ask them about the area if you are lost you have the best guides
note all of these are coming from the perspective of a local so yea
5:10 2 things, 1. yea most people dont use taxis or private transportation in general. The MRT and bus systems are very efficient and much more cost effective. 2. "into the city" that always makes me laugh, like we be tiny, the whole place is a city! you could have probably stopped by bedok mall or tampines mall (both are literally at their respective MRT stns) for something to eat instead of heading all the way to ur hotel first. I normally go there w my friends and the food options are pretty good
6:32 yall could have probably taken the bus honestly, the max distance i normally walk is from mrt to bus stop or from bus stop to location, half a mile is a bit much 😛
7:36 most of us (locals) wouldnt call that a restaurant, thats just ur local coffee shop. Restaurant in our minds means atas expensive food, tho ur not wrong in saying its good, 90% of the time, food court or coffee shop food are cheap and really good
affordable or free options, aka my favorite hang out spots w my friends: (ik its a bit late and you've probably left the country already but eh why not)
KINOKUNIYA, biggest bookstore in the country, absolutely THE place to go if you are a nerd like me 😛 (seriously tho ive been there wayyy too many times, cough 3 times in the past 2 weeks cough)
the esplanade area. I normally go there for the esplanade library since they have the best music selection but you could look around there and take a bus down to the Olympic park. theres the singapore flyer and not too far off the helix bridge and marina bay sands. I've walked the route quite recently with one of my friends, idk if its a good tourist spot but its a nice scenic walk.
typical tourists spots like the merlion, singapore river, gardens by the bay, etc etc
most museums are around the same area too like the singapore national gallery or the national history museum and stuff, tho idk what the prices are for foreigners (normally students and elderly are free, singapore citizens either free or heavily subsidized)
I used to pass that restaurant when I was in Singapore. I was staying in Geyaldn Hotel 81 Gold.
visit again soon! glad u enjoyed singapore -a fellow singaporean 😀
Henlooo, a Singaporean hereeee! I am actually so happy that you find my country to be so enjoyable! I think I might be a little too late for suggestions, But I do hope you can come back to Singapore next time again to try these few places!
-Google map your way to "Northpoint" it is a huge shopping centre with sooooo many restaurants ranging from so many different cuisines to eat! And there are so many shops there you could get lost in there!
-The Singapore Ferris Wheel. When I was little I went onto the ferris wheel and oh my god it was so high up but fun! I'm not sure if it is open now but I recommend you go there sometimes too!
-You can also just walk around a neighbourhood called "Yishun" Yishun is where "Northpoint" is located at, there is also cinema there called "golden village". I recommend for you guys to go Yishun when it is a Saturday or Sunday if you like crowds :p you will be able to see the hustle and bustle of Saturdays and Sundays here in Singapore!
Out of context of places to visit, I find Singapore to be very special, as it Is country,an island and a city all in one!
I hope you had enjoyed your stay here in Singapore! Come visit again!! :DD
Singapore is awesome, was a great place for me in 1985 before all the major development, MRT was being constructed, prices were low, and Orchard Tower's Top 10 Club and the Rainbow Club across the street were hopping.
Did you arrive after the outdoor mask lifted?
That makes a big difference IMO
Welcome to our urban jungle guys
SG is so bloody hot. melted over there. like an oven
I went to Singapore couple years ago. It was an incredible experience. My favorite part is the ArtScience Museum. In my opinion, it's the most "perfect" country.
I also went to Bali last year. It was okay I guess… Nice beach, nice hotels, nice food.
Singapore Chinatown is best place to hangout and remember to visit their market in the morning which offer galores of Asian foods. Joo Chiat area is another coolest place for coffee and read novel.
Whoo ! the Nasi Biryani looks really sedap !
Glad you enjoyed Singapore. I must be double your age but I did not know you could use Apple Pay to get through MRT gantry… Come again soon!
hey, do come over to my family’s restaurant potato head, we serve burgers and cocktails 🙂
Singapore is the most developed country in SEA. But almost everything is man-made with artificial beauty. Every place is super clean with strict rules. Life here is really stressful and you simply cannot enjoy "real life". To me, just explore this tiny island once or twice is enough. Anyway, to each their own.
Welcome to the oven….
U guys look great together. U are match from heaven…eventhough, i dont know where u from i just happened to see uour videos…one thing to observe now here in SG is to wear mask at all time when u are in malls or close places, or else u will fine…welcome to Singapore, enjoy the scenery, enjoy the food and be safe. Covid still exist. God bless🙏
