In Australia we have a cafe in McDonald’s haha it’s sooo normal!! 😂

I am from the United States (Tennessee), and I find other McDonald’s restaurants fascinating. It is so interesting to see the different types of foods across the world. You would never ever find a macaron or croissant at a TN McDonald’s. I must say though, as a southern girl, that our biscuits are VERY different things. Hope you had fun on your vacation!

You should have tried the sundae with Baba de Camelo (a traditional pudding we do here) or the cabbage soup. It is really nice and it has chourizo in it (but it /is/ more of a Winter side). And, yes, Mc Royal Bacon is a classic Portuguese McDonalds burger. I remember being sad the first time I went abroad and realized McBacon variations are not the same. In France they used to do one with BBQ sauce (It was nice, but not what I was expecting) . Glad you had fun!! 😀

Did anyone see the option for potato sauce in McDonald’s?? 😂 what is that!!!

In Australia we also have the cafes within most our Maccas called McCafe. They obviously do coffees but also have things like croissants, toasties, muffins and macaroons etc in the windows🙃 I hope you had a lovely trip xx
