That’s a HORRIBLE area. Tweakerville, prostitutes, crime. AZ has changed a lot. People are being lied to about how great it is to live there. It used to be a paradise. It’s sad to see what it’s becoming. No different than other big cities with big city problems.

Where me and my husband living on 16 street and Indian school road. I can tell you gangs members took over 16 street and Osborn to 16 street and Indian school road. All the apartments are project and people sale drugs and where we living in the Mexicans and gang took over all the apartments and the only trailer park. We hear gun fired ever night and people lighting off fireworks and partying ever night. They are more Mexicans living in the trailer park then white people and they don't not talk English at all.

This is what I think is unfair about the high rents in Arizona. In the 2000s early 2010s, there was like 25 percent affordable apartments to live in, now that number is like 5 percent! Probably even lower! This is why so many are homeless in Maricopa County or are struggling to make ends meet.

Hey Super awesome look at the real deal around Phoenix. Thanks for your vids! I work for the Skills Center at St. Mary's Food Bank and wanted to see if you'd like to bring your camera and stop by sometime for a tour and a look at our 2nd chance warehouse and culinary training programs. Most of our students were recently released from incarceration and some of them live at CASS. We do a lot of good here and just want to get the word out to as many people as we can. Health, safety, sobriety are the struggles real people deal with 24/7.
They NOT micro managing a damn thing, cause the S-8 apt that I know of run inspections and there's no way in hell they'll pass( well maybe so with mental health problems) God bless 🙏🏽
