What it’s the name of the city again they live in the Algarve ?
It would be better to buy houses that the banks have for sale. Because they are cheaper than renting, the owners stop paying the installments and the banks keep the houses and put them up for sale. The houses just need work, because some owners decide to break everything before handing the house over to the banks and that's why banks have difficulties in selling the houses.
Missing the couples living in the Islands
Love all 3 of your channels! Izzy is so charming I love when she goes on road trips with Nick!
Hmmm 🤔 $2000+ without Rent is NOT cheap by any means. Considering ppl r moving out of USA 🇺🇸 for cost of living. If u gonna spend $3000+, U might as well stay in America. Those prices are actually discouraging 😞.
I thought Pincho was a chihuahua? I was mistaken!
I will be in Portugal next week. I will be there for 12 days. Our trip includes Porto, Tomar, Obidos, Lisbon, Sintra and then finishing up in a few days in Algarve. I hope to get a good taste of Portugal. When I leave Algarve, it's off to Italy for another 11 days.
FYI – "here in America" is definitely regional. here in the northeast where we have old apartment buildings or even old homes we definitely do NOT always cool the entire house. Right now I'm in my bedroom with the a/c on so that I can sleep comfortably, but the a/c was not on in the living room or kitchen during the entire day. Also, in NYC, where I am, apartments are generally small. I'm in a two bedroom that is 70 sq meters (though I have a patio, which is a huge bonus!). My previous apartment was about 100 sq meters (also two bedrooms), and that is considered huge.
I noticed that Nick said it was 2000 per person in the algarve and then he added "without rent". For just just a t1 down there that can add almost 1000 so if I am understanding correctly his answer is really 3000+ is this correct?
Really? $4500? Okay, France is cheaper then….I am still here in Toulouse while I eat out often, and my rent is $1300, I don't spend more than $3000!
Izzy did AMAZING. She should be in all your videos Nick! Congrats!!
Thanks for sharing 👍 everyone was so well informed 🌍
Thanks!
Great video. Looking forward to next Session
Izzy is adorable.
Great, great, great. As always!! 🙂
In the Algarve, are there affordable communities within a 30-45 minute commute to the beach? If so, is there public transportation back and forth? Wondering if it is feasible to live in a T1 away from pricey beach rentals yet travel to the beach for day trips.
dud,great video.
