You got a great deal! I was paying more than that a couple years ago when I lived in a similar condo on Day Ave in the Grove.
I used to party in the grove so much back in the day (late 90s). I loved it. All my fave spots are gone 🙁 except Monty's I think that's still there.
I’m paying $2600 before utilities for a 1 bedroom. It’s insane. The us is a ripoff
