  1. Hey C & D, (not entirely sure if Mum is also called Sierra, makes sense tho lol)
Just wanted to update you guys, I am in the process of your P.O. box postal, I had a few lil gifts from Ireland to send, but I was watching another YouTube channel opening their P.O. boxes & decided I need to grab a few more things when I'm in town, so it is in process.
On another note I just wanted to let you know the passed few months have been trying mentally and emotionally with family and personal shit etc I won't get into, but being someone who avoids mainstream TV, your channel has brought endless smiles and helped me through some trying times and sleepless nights, thankfully everything getting back to normal but always remember you're videos are a tonic for the soul ❤️🇮🇪

  2. I always wanted to visit luxemburg, becouse i heard its a great place. And it is. My granpa brought home thing from luxemburg that are so much better than wat we have here in hungary. And it was cheap a word that i dont hear often. Also i suggest you sould react to the hungarian riot 2006-2010 trust me i was born during that time and its was not a riot it was a revolution.

  3. Luxembourg was part of Belgium from 1815 until 1839 when Belgium gave them independence after successfully defeating the Dutch.

Before this, they were also united with Belgium, but under foreign rule, like Spain and Austria.

  4. And again, nowadys, public transportation is top noch and 100% free. No need for a card or being a resindent, just hop on the tram, the bus, the train etc, you will not be controled or asked for any ID. Totally free… that is actually very nice when the transportation is clean etc

  5. Another thing… the 3 major europen institutions are in Bruxelles, Luxemvourg and in France (Strasbourg). The food is not really more expensive than in the other countrys around. And it will not offend a guy from luxembourg to say it is "kind of" a dialect. Go near the german border and it will change with more german "like" words. Go near the french and belgium border, it will be more "frenchy"

  6. I am glad you do reactions like that. I have already said here at some point that I am danish living in Luxembourg. They didn't talk about the Shengen treaty tho (very important in europe), that was signed here in Shengen in Luxembourg. I tought we where the richest people in the world per capita (apparently Qatar is hehe). But then again if you pay 1 million euros for a house in my street, you will not get much if it is even possible anymore. But I said that I live like 5 minutes at foot from Jean-Claude Junker (He did a lot for Europe) and was prime minister here. But the cars for example and the food are quite the same price as your neighbors, so you can see the money… and yes, the castels and the medieval stuff is right (we tend to not see it anymore). And the the internet speed is off the roof. We try to be the fastest in europe if not the world now :)…. again thank you for looking at that

  7. Kia ora hello again guys hay I'd say that the worst thing about living in Aotearoa new zealand is trying to get sleep. We have a really really BAD hobbit problem their up all night drinking alcohol and SINGING at the top of their lungs digging holes everywhere and their FEET STINK

  8. Over 200,000 people come over the borders each morning to work in Luxembourg.
There over two hundred different banks.
Public transport is free. Great for commuters.
Cannabis, prostitution, euthanasia, abortion are all legal.
    Drinking age limit is sixteen.
    $15.00 per hour minimum wage.
Average wage is about $6000.00 per month.
My government pension is about $3000.00 per month.(Very low compared to friends, but that was my fault.)
Minimum 28 days paid holiday, plus public holidays.
Universal healthcare. (From my minimum wage job I paid 3% tax to cover healthcare. )
I came for a weekend in 1988, still here!
    🇱🇺

  9. Luxembourg City used to be one of the most important geostrategic fortresses in medieval Europe, to the point it was dubbed „Gibraltar of the North“. The luxembourgish dynastie (House of Luxembourg) was also very influental back then, two of them even being elected Holy Roman Emperor (Charles XII and Sigismond)😊🇱🇺

  10. I WOULD say Luxembourgish (the language) is a German dialect but with a lot of French words. Less than English though as far as I can tell. I just watched a Luxembourgian detective show on Netflix and what struck me more was that sometimes a character would speak French or German and the reply would be in Luxembougish (people who'd been there most of their lives but didn't have it as first language). I bet that happens a lot there.

Also, it's not tiny, 'it's medium sized' according to a Luxembourger I know. And compared to Malta, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marion and Vatican City it is. Population is bigger than Iceland too.

  11. Can you watch the video about italy? , there is a funny story, if I remember well during one of the world wars, the soldiers of Luxembourg, 20 if I remember correctly, they returned home all safe but with a friend, an Italian, who decided to go with them
