WHY I GO TO THE GYM – Portuguese House Renovation

We are in the middle of renovating our house in an abandoned Portuguese village. Today we’ll take you to the gym while also some more plastering gets done. We take care of a thirsty olive tree and if you want to know if the digger came or not, you have to watch the video :p And in the next episode we’re going on a little road trip.

My name is Jasper and i bought a house in a Portuguese ghost town. Together with my dogs Zoey & Akira we show you the rebuild of our house en what it is like living the daily life in Central Portugal.

  1. Niets fout met wat vermageren …door gezond buiten werk, raak je vanzelf op je natuurlijke gewicht.
    De gym is wast of time en wast of money.
    De sloten koffie en sigaretten laten…en de kilo’s komen er ook wel bij 😂

  2. Hi Jasper and helpers. Mini build looking good, digger action amazing and music too. It's taking shape and all good levels. The well water will be good for the trees. Fish,chicken and lots of good vegetables,Jasper use butter and cook with olive oil, try sea salt, much better taste than the process stuff. Do you know they bleach it white…..#*. Have a good week, stay safe all.

  3. Eat a lot of ice cream, that will get the weight up. Eat real butter and the highest fat yogurt and milk you can find if you eat dairy products.. Extra salt on the food especially with hot weather coming.

  4. Since you brought it up..I have been concerned about you weight in last two weeks. You just threw yourself into project after coming back from home and lost a love. But you are happy outgoing guy. I would recommend keeping chicken breast on hand in freezer. Cook up several at a time and keep left overs in refrigerator for quick add to next days lunch or quick dinner later in week. Another item to do the same with is boiled eggs . They can be a quick snack or added to salads or pasta salads. With the heat now you need to fix lots of left over items for chilling in refrigerator. Whole wheat pastas, nuts and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Always make a weekly meal plan and make extras to serve yourself later on. You could do a once a week cooking time and do it all then. Ease up on coffee and cigs. It will help with appetit. If you are still having a problem. Go get lab blood work. Best if luck to you and ALL your projects. Luv from Texas.

  5. I have been following your journey from the very start. I don't usually comment but really enjoy your videos. Today i comment because you talk about your health. I am not a doctor but I would seriosly suggest that you have medical at your doctor. It could well be that your thyroid is over active, put simply your body metabolism is too fast. You can therefore eat heaps of food (healthy or not) and you won't put on weight. The doctor will give you a simple blood test to check this out. Medication can probably control this. I would have thought the Gym may have suggested a medical to start with. Any way good luck Jasper and keep those videos coming.

Lovely work all of you I love the Digger background looks beautiful I can’t wait to get over there getting so fed up here all I hear is police sirens kids screaming and neighbours making a racket in the middle of the night and cars 🙈👍 I don’t think I’ll miss this place 🤣
