Ghana is very hot and that is why lots of trees and plants are needed to keep cool. Also trees, plants flowers is good for our health as well as beautifies the environment. Much education is needed for the citizens to understand how important trees and plants are good for our health. Developers must make a must to incorporate lots of trees and plants in their projects. We need green Ghana now ❤. Let’s join hand and plant trees wherever we can.❤

Oh della I just wanna give you a big hug, you seem so overwhelmed and exhausted glad you solved your leak everything just seems so much harder in Gana. Even though you are separated I think the least your husband could have done was state to project manage this build. After all he has the building experience and petty mistakes like this grieving would not have happened if he was there to take this burden off your shoulders and complete this house. If he’s still in the country unfortunately we can’t do it all. And with such a large build you need someone who is a contractor to manage all this. But Hayhoe I guess you will get it done in the end I hope you meet your December deadline so you can generate as much money from your Airbnb over Christmas. Then hopefully finish off apartment number two in January February then have two apartments for Easter/summer six weeks holiday time. One last thing when you’re pouring your concrete for your driveway remember drainage or maybe plant some grass or something as you don’t want to completely cover all earth only for your compound to flood in the rainy season. You could get fake Astroturf if they do that in Gana. Or plant some stock trees that soak up a lot of water just have it in the back of your mind drainage drainage drainage.

When i was growing up in Africa, those green plastic water pipes were made of metal and they would last for generations. I wonder why they would use plastic especially in a hot country. My advice is to get yourself a drinking water filter because the PVC will leach into the water when it gets hot.

You need to take care of your health Dela. Your dark circles are getting worse due to improper sleep. That is usually a step before getting ill. Its better to sleep early and wake up super early to do your editing rather than doing it at night. Im telling you, if you try it for a month, you will regain your youthful look and skin will glow. This is Rochelle's beauty secret. She takes naps and sleeps early. Lucky girl. I hv young kids like you that i homeschool and napping is not always possible but i try not to sleep past ten because i know i have to be up by 5-6am.
