Work and Fun with My Parents and Friend on My Off Grid Land in Portugal – Part 2

The fun continues as parents and I carry on with some hard work on my little off grid barn conversion in Central Portugal. We’ve accomplished a lot already, but there’s always more to do as we prepare for a little gathering at my place and get on with several pressing jobs around the place.

Also, one of my best friends, Sinead, joins us for a week! She’s Irish but lives in Liberia and has come to Portugal to look at a piece of land that neighbours mine, which is incredibly exciting news! Plus she helps with some work and is generally hilarious. I’m very excited to see her again after around three years and I’m hoping she becomes my neighbour!

There’s some fun stuff in this video, I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for watching and I’ll see you on Friday for the last episode about their visit!

  1. I stayed at the 3 bed house below, I was planning on staying where you're parents are this year, they lived in Ireland and Rodriguez was originally Portuguese. At least I think that was his name

  3. Your parents are soo lovely but your dad is pretty funny and your friend brings more laughter out lol hope you both do some videos back and forth from her place and then yours lol. I really love the size of your place. it’s just me but if you clear the whole front of your place and push all working and gardening stuff way back. Make yourself a
working area with shade. That way you have
    the front yard declutter lol.

  4. Enjoyed another great video from you dear. Your parents are awesome and its so cool that you get your lovely friend to live next to you. That should be really nice. Great gathering for your little party too. Thanks for taking us along.
