I just called the portugal embassy in nigeria. The staff told me that the job seeker visa is for portuguese speaking countries only.

Can the company offering you sponsorships (COS) asked you to apply for your visa fee before they send the COS..though it is actually stated on the role that they won't pay for your visa fees but cover the upkeep money

Also during interview they sent questions and ask me to send my answer through a video
