  12. To all landlords- please remain compassionate and humane, please follow the rules but also talk to the people who rent from you. If they are respectful, you should respect them in return. A home is not just a cash machine.
    I want to become a landlord myself one day.
    I just bought my first property and moved out from my rented apartment- as a doctor I always payed in time, never bothered my landlord and still in the end he doesn't take my calls, doesn't reply to my messages. I'm shocked how disrespectful this behaviour is…
    Not all landlords are like this but the moral side of things shouldn't be lost.

  26. I think no matter WHAT a person does or how well they do, reguardless there are ALWAYS going to be haters!! If no one hates you, or if everyone is happy with, your doing something shady!! (and are probably very unhappy, lol) Great job guys!!

  27. people don't take on jobs just to earn, but also to fulfill a social responsibility which requires every one to play a role in some capacity in order to have an economy servicing all aspects of need for its citizens. every one can't just leave their jobs and do entrepreneurial jobs. not every one can earn money from his bedroom as you preach which is dangerous. people need jobs to be productive. we need nurses, accountants, doctors, engineers. we need people in the services sector, others to fill government offices. we need people in the manufacturing sectors and transportation.. its ok for people to do extra income, but its not ok to portray jobs as slaves to companies. just so you can sell your seminars priced at over 10 thousand pounds, you cant say all the bullshit you want.

  31. I'm from vancouver canada and I just started watching, do you think your ideas will work in a market like vancouver? I see you talking about joint ventures and it seems to be for around 100k houses etc, you wont find anything like that here, its like 800k for a 1 bedroom apartment, and a 5 bedroom house in vancouver is from like 4-7k a month so to make money off rent to rent you would have to charge insane prices
