I got an Emigration Clearance from the POE office when I went to Saudi Arabia. I am currently going to Qatar on a work visa. Since Saudi Arabia's Emigration Clearance is already in place, will there be any restrictions/hindrance on obtaining Emigration Clearance to Qatar? Or can I get a new Emigration Clearance for Qatar without having to cancel my previous Emigration Clearance to Saudi Arabia? Can the nurses be able to register in the emigrate portal?
