This is a lovely beach, very close to the Santa Eulália hotel. It is about a 7-minute walk.
The sand is smooth and golden, and a boardwalk is right along the beach. It is divided into two separate areas, one where you can put up your sunshade and don’t pay for one. The other ( which is the part I used ) is where you hire a sun lounger and a fixed sunshade for the day. It costs €10 for the whole day. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach, with toilets.
The bar offers drinks and food to take onto the beach. You don’t have to buy anything to use the toilets.
The beach wasn’t crowded when I was there, there were always plenty of free loungers.
The sea was warm once you got in and very clean. The whole beach was clean.
There are lifeguards on duty, making it feel very safe.
It’s a great experience all round.
