  1. What Rangnick should do is to play Ronaldo(if he was fit of course) against city and then Man United wouldn't lose the least! Cause apparently as you can see Ronaldo is the main solution for Man United right now and in the near future!

  2. Zinedine Zidane managed the hell out of his players, he had Ronaldo sit out and had talks with him about it and when he was in the team sheet, he delivered top class and was a big reason for their success. that was not the case with Bale, he kept throwing banter and became a laughing stock after Ronaldo left, couldn't deliver on his reputation so, ZZ had him replaced with a Brazilian kid. this was possible because ZZ is a legend in himself and he understands and respects the player side of it too so, others listened to him, he listened to him too. not many managers command such respect, even Koeman, a Barca legend was disrespected by players there, Mourinho now is a meme and throws tantrums, if United gets Poch it will be the same thing. you need a top class proven manager at such a big club dealing with big names.

  3. The problem with Man united is also that people like keane and neville are biggest analitics, commentators and pundits of their games. These 2 guys are very emotional and they seems to have no idea what's wrong with this club – it's the easiest way to say "lack of characters and leaders" – it's the easiest thing. They dont speak too much about tactics. They talk about "dressing rooms" not football. By quoting Keane "that's nonsense!".

  4. The biggest flaw with utd system is behind cr7 and ahead of cdm(mctominay/matic) is empty space Fred runs everywhere not stable. So there is no linkup in that space for quick interchange . I am surprised no one talks about that

  5. Ralphs a fool! He is definitely not the right man to take this club forward, he's pushing the blame on his top players and that always ends the same way. Those same players will hang him out to dry. They've got previous with like 4 consecutive managers too!

But it will forever be the managers fault because that's why you have a manager. He's the guy who's fault it will be when things go badly, as his literal job description is to take the team forward with the results.

  6. People blame the owners for everything at Utd. They have spent $1Bn pounds on players, they have put their money where their mouths are. Sure they have taken a dividend from their investment, sure they brought it with debt and leverage, but when they were winning under SAF no one but a very vocal minority of the Green and Yellow, criticised the owners seriously. Now we are losing and worse City and Liverpool are winning, it is all the owners fault. This summer we got, Sancho, Varane and Ronaldo, surely that is a good window, if we get a CDM this window and say (preference) Ten Haag and we come 3rd will that be the owners fault. When is it the players fault first and foremost as every manager has failed (based on SAF standards) with this group of players?

  7. Ronaldo is not the problem…his level of discipline is up there with Michael Jordan. The young ones don't want to work harder…they want play football on social media cry babies. The great quote of MJ in my days u had to proof ur value…today kids get paid millions without even knowing their potential.

  8. Most championship teams will have at least 1 – 2 superstar. Very few teams wins championship with just average team players. Statisticaly speaking. Historically, it is true.

  9. ManU are hardly 'competing' for top 4, with Arsenal 1 point ahead with 3 games in hand. Tottenham now has a chance to pull ahead and put ManU in 6th, where they currently belong. Definitely a transition period for the club!

  10. It's a no brainier Carrick should still be Interim until the end of the season then see if Mauricio Pochettino

is available. But moreover if you wanted Rangnick to be Special reconnaissance officer don't have him masquerading as Interim Manager!!

  11. the biggest problem with united is that they play mentally like they are the underdogs against all the bigger teams. they have a squad with 4 different managers that have bought players for its own system. they have to press the reset button and trust the process with a big name manager who deserves the time. just look at arsenal they are proving themselves more now and it took the manager a time too create the team he wants. united spend all their money as a desperate measure, they need to be calm and give one man the job to make it a whole team again.
