This luxurious, large, bright 3 bedroom villa is situated in an authentic fishermens village in Ferragudo Portugal.
When you enter the grounds through the electric entrance gates, the first thing you will see is the beautiful landscaped garden which have several lounge and sunbathing areas and a pool which has been prepared to be fully enclosed into the villa for use as an indoor pool. At the moment the pool area is partly covered, so both options are available for you to choose. You can have a nice heated indoor pool or to leave it like it is as partly covered. The villa has electric shutters throughout which can be controlled individually or all at the same time. The living room is very bright and spacious with a partial sea view, a dining area, and has double glazed windows and sliding doors that lead to the outside terraces. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. On the ground floor there is a sea view bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the guest toilet. From the large hallway the sea view spiral stair case takes you to the 2nd floor where there are 2 ensuite bedrooms both with a large terrace with fantastic sea views. The outside stone stair case leads you to the large basement that has a wine cellar, a garage and a laundry area. You can also convert it to a nice game room for children or a fitness room.

Location
Ferragudo is one of the few remaining authentic villages in the Algarve Portugal. There are several beaches like Praia Grande, Praia Angrinha and Caneiros Beach all within walking distance. You can walk to the village which is a short distance away and here you will find several good fish, italian, vietnamese, indian and portuguese restaurants, bars, shops, a post office, cash withdraw machines and supermarkets. The largest supermarket Lidl and the 2 golfcourse are a 5 minutes drive away, and there is an upcoming new Golfcourse in Ferragudo which is supposed to be ready in 2019. The watertaxi service, which is located in the village, can take you to various locations in Portimão and Praia da Rocha, and also runs during the evening to take you back to Ferragudo.
