Faro Island is a Beautiful beach with great restaurants and cafes, surf and kite surf schools. Fantastic apartments, old and new properties full of charm and character right along the front. You have busy areas or plenty of space further along where you can have the whole beach to yourself. This is a quick tour along the fantastic decking to show how cool this thin strip of paradise really is and only a few mins from the airport.

Was that video literally in Faro Ireland? Those paths are amazing and extremely long! And the beaches are stunning! Im Portuguese and have never been on that Ireland. Only in the Ireland of Culatra, which is also beautiful.

Hi Andy,lovely area to relax after eating building dust all week!About 30 years ago I had my boat in same area,Culatra and up the Guardiana .You definitely take care of yourself putting in time to relax too.I am a bit older than you but still have not learned to look around at beautiful places that are near!
Been to the Algarve a few times from the UK and did some exploring, mainly by train. Could you when off on another of your fun jollies give us more on the location/area. With your local knowledge and tips my next visit will be even better. Love the food and beer and the out of the way places. Cheers mate.

It is so beautiful! I am puzzled as to how all those beach houses/shacks are out there and there are no roads. The ocean is gorgeous and calm. I thought I saw an owl on a post at one point. Thank- you Andy for bringing me along! I enjoyed that beech adventure 🙂

What struck me about the beach ride you took us on, was how clean the beaches, the pathways, the roads, were. Maybe I'm too used to seeing graffiti, litter, cigarette butter, old tossed out gum, but it's so marvelous! Southern California has my perception scared.
