  1. Definitely don't leave the OSB exposed. There are many fans of this look now but, with time, OSB just gets uglier and uglier. It just looks like you were cutting costs, or run out of money to finish the house properly.

    I would want more land, and a stone garage/ workshop. I would have it built so it matches the rest of the home.

  3. This project looks really promising, Edgar, you should be proud! That ceiling should be plasterboarded and painted, exposing the beams. The ceiling could also incorporate some insulation. How far will you take the project before selling? I’d be tempted to buy in its current state (or following the work to fix the damp) so that I could fit the house out to my preference
