Hope your holiday weekend was great. I spent the weekend hosting a family get together here in the Silver Coast. I met some new friends as well as connected with current ones. It’s always nice meeting new people especially when they’re on their scouting trip.
I’ve had a lot of viewers reach out asking if I offer any type of assistance when it comes to their scouting trips and after a huge demand, I’ve decided to create a service where I can help assist you. Anywho, I wanted to create a new series to help with your exploration into the Silver Coast. I will be touring homes that are currently for sale. I don’t know about you, but I love going to open houses. I love seeing what you can buy with a certain type of budget.
The home we will be viewing today is located 15 minutes inland from Caldas da Rainha and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is situated on 1000m2 of land with plenty of fruit trees. There is a small coffee shop that is walkable, but most amenities will require a car.
The house is priced at 259.000 euros which is an absolute bargain for the size and the view. Believe me when I say, it’s hard to find a view like this for that price unless you want to live really far from a nearby city/town.
